Debra moved to North Carolina in 1999 after graduating from UNLV. She studied Sociology while working for a large Property Management company in Nevada. Debra’s passion has always been working with people. Listening carefully and taking the best care of her clients is what she prides herself on. These programs range from low down payment options such as FHA, Conventional Loans with & without PMI, & VA loans as well as specialty products for physicians, dentists, and medical residents. Debra and her exceptional team are focused on their client’s needs, and providing a smooth and stress-free mortgage experience.

In addition to being a fantastic Loan Officer, Debra is also the proud mother of 2 daughters, a dog, and 2 ducks. We haven't managed to convince her to bring the ducks into our office yet, but maybe soon.
