Our Story

Our story begins with Brookline Homes President and Founder Scott Dirkschneider. His passion for building and designing homes developed at an early age while working for several different home builders in his home state of Nebraska. After finishing high school, Scott pursued his passion and earned college degrees in both Architecture and Construction Management. Since then, he has worked for some of the nation’s largest builders as well as small, family-owned firms.

Over the years Scott experienced many different philosophies, processes and operation efficiencies that resulted in developing his own time-tested “rules.” Determined to make his own mark in the field, he envisioned a company that could utilize these "rules", and deliver incredible value, bring personal service to new heights and embrace the importance of quality, integrity and value.

After working for local and national builders for more than 40 years, Scott ventured out on his own and formed his own company, Brookline Homes, LLC in 2014.

Building on Scott's philosophy and commitments to quality, and leading Brookline Homes into it's 10th successful year of operation is President and Chief Executive Rainmaker Andi Dirkschneider. Andi holds an MBA with a Real Estate Concentration from UNC Charlotte as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate. She serves as the Chair of her local PWB, a Builder Director for her local HBA, and on the NAHB PWB Board of Trustees. Andi is passionate about helping our communities fulfill their dreams of home ownership and providing quality guidance throughout the purchase to move-in process!

By implementing a thoughtful selection of “Everything Included” options, we were able to help streamline the homebuilding process and eliminate the confusion of having too many choices. The Brookline design team has carefully selected several color palettes of the most desirable flooring, quartz countertops, cabinetry and finishes that complement each other throughout the home.
