Looking at the models and signing the contract was very pleasurable. Construction moved along quickly, and, even though I was in New York, I was provided with weekly photos to follow the progress. Because of my schedule I could not attend the regular new home orientation, and Brookline rep's bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Eric made sure everything was perfect so we could move in on time with no problems. I have found that the quality of construction and building materials far exceeded my expectations.
