Brookline Homes is proudly woman-led and family-owned. Andi Dirkschneider Bliss leads the company today with the same care, attention, and heart it was built on over a decade ago. With every new-build home and community, we show up with honesty, warmth, and a deep commitment to doing right by our homeowners.
Brookline Homes started in 2014 with a simple goal: to build homes that feel like they were made for the people living in them. Scott Dirkschneider, Andi’s father, launched Brookline with a small team, big dreams, and a clear vision – to raise the bar on how homebuilding could feel. That vision still guides us today.
